Property was lost to foreclosure in 2009
The Doral Professional Center at 7910 Northwest 25th Street
Doral Professional Center — home to a
churrascaria and several soccer fields — was just sold for $6 million.
Located at 7910 Northwest 25th Street, the
center is a two-story office building with 22,651 square feet of interior
space. It was built in 1992 and occupies a three-acre lot, which includes two
parking lots and three soccer fields.
Tenants include the Brazaviva Churrascaria, a
Brazilian eatery, and Soccer Planet, a rent-a-court service with three soccer
fields.
The seller is an LLC named after the building,
which is managed by Rene Dahdah. He first purchased the center for $3.1 million
in 2009. At the time, it was owned by Executive National Bank, which had taken
control of the property after the previous owner lost a foreclosure judgment.
Dahdah made headlines in July when he
shuttered the landmark lounge Fox’s Sherron Inn, located in South Miami. An
article from CBS Miami said he planned to raze the lounge in favor of a new development,
possibly a hotel or mixed-use residential project.
The buyer is Campanarello Properties,
headquartered in Doral. The company is headed by Rafael Ciarco-Walo. The
company also owns a 1.25-acre plot of vacant land on Northwest 58th Street in
Doral, which it paid $585,000 for in 2011.
