Miami Is Fourth Biggest Airbnb Market In The U.S.

Miami ranks as one of the largest and fastest growing U.S. markets for Airbnb, a CBRE study says.

Nearly $100 million worth of revenue was generated by Airbnb in Miami during the year ending in September 2015.

Only New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco ranked higher. Miami is growing faster than those cities however, with a 124% increase in active units for the year.

Miami ranks highest by revenue generated from owners who have multiple units. During the year, 62% of revenue in Miami was generated from those owners.
