A land swap agreement with the city that would allow All Aboard
Florida to build two more supertowers at the MiamiCentral site is set for a
vote next week by the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board.
The terms of the deal call for All Aboard Florida to:

Give $500,000 to the city, which will go towards the
construction of a fire station
·
Deed the city a .5 acre property at 435 Northwest 1st Court
The land swap will enable AAF to build two separate towers, one
with 750 hotel rooms and another with 800,000 square feet of office.
